Hectic TV is owned by Hectic Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17514067). Registered office: Unit 1c Sandown Road Industrial Estate, Watford WD24 7UB.

What Hectic TV is

  • Hectic TV is a media player. It does not include, sell or recommend any channels, playlists or streams. You add your own sources.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the right to watch anything you add. Don’t use Hectic TV to watch content you aren’t allowed to.

Buying and using the app

  • Apps from the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (Apple’s EULA), together with these terms.
  • Hectic TV Pro is a one-time purchase handled by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
  • We aim to keep Hectic TV working well, but we can’t promise that every stream, server or device will work with it, because those are run by others.

Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.
  • Otherwise we aren’t responsible for content you add, or for services run by other people.
